Famous Director Steven Soderbergh made his new horror movie on the iPhone camera. The film will be released in the spring of 2018.
The film is called Unsane is scheduled for March 23.
While the new Soderbergh is known very little. Journalists managed to find out only that the film was shot secretly with a smartphone of Apple. The film will star Claire Foy, Juno temple and J. Faroa. Jay describes the film as something akin to horror, “Out”, released in 2017.
The shooting took place this summer, which is the best iPhone that the Director could use when working on Unsane, it’s the iPhone 7 Plus.
Steven Soderbergh is known throughout the world for his experimental ideas and unique work. On his account such projects as “ocean’s Eleven”, “magic Mike” and “Logan’s Luck”.
New film Soderbergh is not the first of its kind. In 2015 released film “Tangerine”, which was filmed on iPhone 5s with the app for 500 rubles, and specialized lens. Also this year, the festival velcom Smartfilm showed Belarusian short film called “137 hours.” It was taken using the iPhone 6s and iPhone 5c.
