On 12 September, in addition to the new iPhone, Apple announced an update to the app Clips. It will be available 3D scenes, and filters in the style of Prisma.
Teaser Clips of new opportunities appeared on the official website and on the page dedicated to the iPhone X.
Probably a selfie of the scene will work on the same principle as the mode of portraiture. iPhone X uses the depth data of the video and puts on an extra layer with animated city, nature or any other stage.
The application also involved ARKit. Each selfie-scene interactive and changes depending on the position of the smartphone.
For determination of the depth and the rendering of the scene meets the processor A11 Bionic and TrueDepth. These components have allowed the realization of stage lighting in the mode of portraiture.
iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, was presented on 12 September in the “Theatre of Steve jobs”. In addition to smartphones, Apple showed the Apple Watch and third-generation Apple TV 4K.
