Tonight Apple released the second public beta of macOS Mojave for testing. It follows yesterday’s public release of the second iOS and tvOS.
Significant changes were noticed – now Apple just brings to mind the firmware, fixes bugs and improves performance. Mojave itself is aimed at improving the overall stability of the system, major innovations are expected to be in future builds of macOS.
Dark theme, Stacks, group FaceTime calls and more
MacOS Mojave has a totally new dark theme, designed to focus the user on the job. Fresh function organizes Stacks of messy files on the desktop, automatically collecting them into tidy groups.
Familiar to all iOS users of app News, “Stock”, “Recorder” and “House” first became available on the Mac. FaceTime has got the support of group calls, the Mac App Store has been completely redrawn after a similar redesign in iOS 11.
