10.3.2 iOS beta 3: what’s new?

Apple today following the version for developers has posted the third public beta of iOS 10.3.2. The update is intended for users of the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 10 and above.

The company regularly releases a test version of the operating system for their devices. The latest build do not carry significant changes and are aimed at correction of detected errors. Judging by the decrease in the output frequency of assemblies, the final version may be released in the near future.

In the 10.3.2 version of iOS beta 3, the company has eliminated a problem with the support teams to SiriKit in the car and working third-party VPN applications. While in the third Assembly were spotted some bugs:

  • The ability to upgrade devices from a remote server is still in development and not fully operational.
  • When a third-party app calls openURL, using the Protocol prefix of tel:// facetime:// and facetime-audio:// the system before dialing displays an alert message that requires confirmation from the user.
  • Text responses Siri may be incomplete.
  • The SOS signal is only supported in India.

Safari now supports the “Reduce motion”. This allows developers to provide an alternative page styles for users. To enable, go to Settings > General > accessibility.

Apple also released a new beta version for tvOS, macOS and watchOS. The next major update of software platforms will be held in early June at WWDC 2017.
