As Apple celebrated Earth Day

Yesterday, Apple started celebrating Earth Day with a presentation Beer Bash famous reggae performer ziggy Marley. It is reported 9to5Mac.

As is usually the case, many Apple employees attended the event and posted many photos and videos. Among them was Tim cook, who also took the opportunity to share a few shots.

He called the concert “inspired by” on Twitter, and Vice-President of environmental Affairs Lisa Jackson noted the excellent preparation for the holiday. In a separate message ziggy Marley praised Apple provide help to the planet, and the example of IT giant shows other companies:

“You can thank Tim cook for his statement. We had a great today is my first set, played using only solar energy. Thank you for the example you modulecomponent around the world. Apple completely Sunny.”

Apple regularly holds concerts Beer Bash for employees. Last year the company celebrated the day of the General awareness of the availability, which was attended by Stevie wonder and Gwen Stefani.

It is interesting that Apple continues to hold concerts for their employees in the campus One Infinite Loop, and not in Apple Park. At the moment it is unclear when, if ever this happens, the company will take festival Beer Bash at Apple Park.
