“Classmates” launched its own messenger previously “Vkontakte”

The social network “Facebook” has released its own messenger — “OK Message”. The application is developed for mobile devices for iOS and Android and is available in a limited number of markets. The release in Russia will be held in the next month.

“OK Messages” allow you to chat with your friends from Odnoklassniki, and to invite in the chat rooms people from the phone book in your smartphone. The messenger is available in both individual and group chats, in which users can share photos, videos, audio recordings, and gif files.

“Personally or in group chats send and receive messages, photos and videos without restrictions. The app is free and contains advertising”, — the developers. Messenger is aimed to work on mobile devices: most functions work without Internet connection — users have access to all correspondence, and media files, and messages drafted offline are sent automatically after the network access.

The app “OK” Message for iOS is available in English, Russian and Uzbek languages. The Android version is also translated into Azerbaijani, Armenian, Georgian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Romanian, German, Tajik and Ukrainian languages.

The representative of the class noted that the company is testing messenger in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Bulgaria — countries where the social network is the most popular. App cannot download in Russian App Store and Google Play. The official launch of the service will be held on the test results.

Earlier in April the social network “Vkontakte” announced the development of its own messenger. In the summer of 2016 is scheduled to launch its desktop version. Version messenger for PC already tested. In the future will be created and a messaging service for mobile devices, but the timing of its appearance is not yet disclosed.
