“MegaFon” has apologized for the failure of communication and promised to compensate affected subscribers

Soldatenkov also said that it was the first crash of this magnitude in the history of the company. “We have made necessary conclusions and are already taking additional measures so that this situation does not happen again”, — he wrote.

Soldatenkov promised to compensate all affected subscribers. “The details announced at the beginning of the working week”, – he wrote.

The operator Yota, which announced earlier plans to compensate victims of a failure in the network, the subscribers losses, will allocate for these purposes of 20 million roubles.

“As compensation mobile operator Yota will provide users a discount on the next billing period. To obtain customers to contact the support,” – said Yota.
