iPad ahead of the degree of customer satisfaction Microsoft surface and Samsung

For the sixth consecutive year the iPad is the leader in customer satisfaction, ahead of devices from other brands, including Microsoft, Samsung and Amazon. According to a survey by J. D. Power and Associates, tablet PC, Apple met expectations for a larger percentage of buyers than any other “tablet” on the market.

According to the results of a survey conducted from September 2015 to March 2016, the iPad owners are the most satisfied with the work of portable computers among all users of tablets from different manufacturers. J. D. Power and Associates conducts a study of the level of satisfaction of owners of tablets using the device not more than a year, for the sixth time.

Users have given the Apple product a rating of 830 points, which allowed the company to take first place in the ranking. iPad was the leader on five factors, including ease of use and performance, attractiveness and functionality. In second place in the ranking are the Microsoft tablets, scored 829 points. Samsung was in third place with 822 points, behind which is located the Amazon – 816 points. In the list of J. D. Power and Associates tablet Apple lost to competitors only in terms of prices.

In 2012 the first tablet Microsoft Surface RT has been adopted by consumers not too favorably. Apple CEO Tim cook then criticized him for having the keyboard and the desire to be attractive at the same time for users of laptops and tablets. Over time, the Surface became better and now they have decisions ahead of Samsung and came in second place.
