Went macOS 10.13.5 with support Messages in iCloud

Apple released a new version of macOS High Sierra. 10.13.5 version is available for compatible Macs via the Mac App Store.

The official description of the update:

MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 improved stability, performance and security of your Mac. The update is recommended for all users.

This update adds support for Messages with iCloud, which allows you to store messages with attachments in iCloud to free up space on your Mac. To enable Messages to iCloud, open the settings in Accounts and select the option Enable Messages in iCloud.

Apple developers have also provided a list of the vulnerabilities fixed in this update. According to him, in macOS, High Sierra, has been fixed 32 vulnerabilities of varying severity, including high (with the ability to remotely execute arbitrary code). Also on a separate page a list of the 13 vulnerabilities fixed in Safari.

The main innovation of this version macOS, of course, is the ability to recover messages Messages from iCloud. Before to access old messages you can only restore the operating system from a backup.
