Each year the prestigious British magazine in the field of design and lifestyle Wallpaper selects the best projects in various categories – from architecture to the best pair of jeans. This year, the publication highlighted the product Apple – smart hours Apple Watch Hermès.
A special collection of smart watches was created in collaboration with fashion house Hermès. For electronic gadget Apple manufactured unique leather straps with brand logo and exclusive dials. The series includes models Single Tour, Tour and Double Manchette: watch with a classic strap, a belt, moving around the arm twice, and a strap with a wide cuff.
All products are handcrafted in a Parisian workshop at home. Also all models in the collection are engraved on the case the symbolism of the Hermès brand and the custom dial is available with three design options.
In the annual ceremony Wallpaper awarded Apple Watch Hermès award for Life Enhancer of the Year (can be translated as “life Improver of the year”). The jury included architects David Ajay, a jewelry designer Delfin Delettrez, a legend in the world of art direction and advertising, George Lois, actor Eddie Redmayne, the designers Patricia Urquiola and Konstanin Grcic. They will appear in the February issue of the magazine.
Hermès Apple Watch went on sale in select Apple stores and boutiques Hermès in October last year. In Moscow it’s available in the Apple Shop in Central Department store. The price of the device varies from 95 000 rubles for a model Single Tour, 100 000 rubles for the Single Tour model, 108 000 rubles for a model Double Tour, to 130 000 rubles for a model Cuff.
