Some iPhone and iPad owners have reported failure of their mobile devices after trying to install the new operating system iOS 9. This writes Reuters on Friday.
Social media, mobile device users complain of disabling their gadgets after you try to install a new operating system, iOS 9. According to the Agency, we are talking about two different faults, one of which particularly vulnerable older models of the iPhone and iPad.
In one of the groups of users they said that installing iOS 9 stopped after a few minutes and had to start again. Many users put the screenshots with the error message, the Agency said. Other users with older models of mobile devices complain that their iPhone and iPad completely hangs on the “please upgrade”.
“It is very inconvenient not to be able to use my iPhone during the day,” said a student named PIP Cordy, who on Friday asked for help in the Apple Store in Central Sydney. “On my device a lot of apps that I use in the classroom dictionaries, translators, they required me to study”.
IPhone user by the name of Sorry Coates said that three hours spent in the Apple store, where eventually she was told that she has two choices: to reset the phone to factory settings and losing all nesokhranenii data, or wait until Apple will release an update that will fix the problem.
“I’m very angry because I have spent half of the day. They are proud to call themselves the excellent company,” says Coates.
In the Apple HQ in San Francisco declined to comment on the problem with the update. A company spokesman in Sydney said that Apple does not comment.
Analysts suggest that the update caused by overloaded servers when too many people tried to simultaneously download distribution.
According to data from Analytics company Mixpanel, as of September 18, iOS 9 operating fixed 16% of its users are iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
