Now, RecordingTheMasters has grown to the point that it is ready to release its own cassette player. He was called MYSTIK. The company says a new era needs a new cassette player.

The main innovations are the built-in battery and Bluetooth 5.0. It sounds interesting: listen to music from an analogue using wireless headphones. If anything, there is a regular 3.5 mm “jack” for headphones.

MYSTIK can be used as a portable recorder, that is, it works not only for playback, but also for recording. To do this, you can use both the built-in microphone and connect an external one using another 3.5 mm “jack”.

Of the other characteristics, it is possible to reproduce frequencies from 40 Hz to 11 kHz with harmonic distortion not exceeding 0.4%. For cassettes, a very good indicator.

The player is available for pre-order on Kickstarter. The minimum price for a set of one player and one blank cassette made by RecordingTheMasters is 81 €. The first customers will receive their kits in August this year.
