During the presentation, Apple Music, the creators of the service promised that the platform directory will include exclusive content from popular artists. Start streaming took place on 30 June 2015. Since then, Apple Music could boast of several unique albums. Today, the American singer Katy Perry has provided users with streaming service Apple exclusive track dedicated to the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro.
The song Rise, which premiered just a few hours ago, is the first single Perry for the last two years.
According to the singer, the idea of composition is “brewing” for several years. And if the first Katy Perry had planned to include it in their new album, then later changed her mind because “now” more than ever, our world needs to unite (the singer is referring to the attack in nice).
“I know that together we can rise above fear in our country and around the world. I can’t think of a better example than the Olympic athletes who are going to Rio with the strength and courage to remind us that we can all unite,” explained Perry.
As an added singer, a great honor for her that NBC Olympics decided to use “Rise” as the anthem prior to and during the 2016 Games.
