The online portal Slashleaks has published live screenshots of Huawei’s next flagship, Huawei Mate 30 Pro. According to the latest data, the device should be announced in October, but thanks to the leak, we can already see what the front panel of the smartphone will be.
Judging by the photos, Huawei Mate 30 Pro could not get rid of the bangs. Considering that the majority of smartphone manufacturers are trying to get rid of any cuts, including introducing the technology of subscreen front cameras into their devices, it is somehow strange that one of the most advanced developers left just a bang in their flagship, and not even a drop.
On the other hand, judging by the latest leaks, Apple will not be able to stop using bangs even in the iPhone 2020, so maybe Huawei is not so stuck in the past. In addition, the cutout in the upper part has become much smaller than before, and now occupies a rather small part in comparison with the size of the display itself. In bangs, there will be six holes for image sensors, proximity sensors and other types of sensors.
Recall that the Huawei Mate line is aimed at an audience of photography enthusiasts. It is in the Mate series smartphones that the company most often demonstrates interesting technologies for improving the quality of photos that will later be used in the P. line.
