Employees of UMVD of Russia across the Tomsk region, together with the security service of Sberbank detained a group of hackers, which involved embezzlement of funds from credit cards, according to RBC. The hackers responsible for the organisation of virus attacks on Android devices.
According to Sberbank, the structure of the criminal group consisted of 7 people in the Tomsk oblast. According to him, the smartphones based on this operating system are more prone to hacker attacks than mobile devices on the iOS platform.
