Retailer “Svyaznoy” has filed a lawsuit against MTS with the amount of claims 680 million rubles, said the representative of the company. MTS has counter-claims to “Them” about 800 million rubles.
The representatives of “Svyaznoy” in the official statement claimed that MTS are not paid in full invoice for the Agency fee in 2015. The operator refused to make the payment, citing the poor quality of connections, in which MTS has previously accused “the Messenger” after returning to the retailer network of “MegaFon” and “Beeline”.
“We asked the partner to get the amount of compensation in the amount of 100% of the previous contract between us. Before April 1, 2015 MTS was the main partner of “Liaison” sales package connections: the share of this operator in the sales of SIM cards retailer exceeded 70%. From 1 April a “Connected” resumed full cooperation of “MegaFon” and “Beeline”.
The representative of MTS Dmitry Solodovnikov said that the operator has counterclaims to the network after the audit of the subscriber connection through the network “Coherent”. “Starting from April 2015 in the salons of “Liaison” number of connections to our subscriber base fell by more than a factor of four decreased the quality of the involved subscribers,” he said. The company will evaluate the effects caused by loss of MTS, which may also be the subject of independent claims to “Them”. Connected does not agree with the arguments of the operator and insist on full payment of remuneration.
