The government will fight with the bypass block sites in Runet

Authorities are trying to deal with undesirable information on the Internet. In the near future the state Duma will be introduced a bill to ban the placement of instructions for the user to bypass the blocking of websites. About it reports “Interfax” with reference to the statement of Deputy Minister of Telecom and mass communications Alexei Volin.

The new initiative will primarily affect the operators. According to Volin, some small providers are placed instead of the enclosed materials instructions on how to bypass the lock.

“In the near future the State Duma from the government, will do our proposals that would prohibit this kind of propaganda on informing the population how to bypass the existing lock from the operator,” said Wolin.

Earlier this week the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation said that the Russian courts have already blocked some 1,500 Internet sites, which housed the pornographic material, the suppression of such resources hinder closed groups in social networks and programs to bypass locks.

“The greatest difficulty at the present time represent a closed group in social networks, the so-called “anonymizers” that is, web sites and special programs, allowing you to access previously blocked Internet resources”, – said the Prosecutor’s office.
