Innovations provide that the subscribers of the companies providing communication services via the Internet, will lose access to landline and cellular phones. Conversely, on Skype, you cannot call via mobile phones and home devices.
One of the participants of the market explained that previously such activities were not described in the legislation, and expressed concerns about the fact that in the case of the bill calls between VoIP subscribers will also be called into question.
It is noted that today the market for VoIP telephony in Russia is about 8 billion rubles, and calls to regular phones are the primary method of monetization.
