DxOMark specialists finally got to the flexible clamshell of the South Korean manufacturer – Galaxy Z Flip. The flagship Samsung for 120,000 rubles turned out to be a camera of the iPhone level two years ago.
The clamshell main camera is double. Each module has a resolution of 12 megapixels. There is a wide-angle lens, there is optical image stabilization. The phone is capable of shooting video in 4K resolution.
As for the photo capabilities, the Galaxy Z Flip scored only 109 points, and for video capabilities – 96 points. In total, the smartphone is rated at 105 points. This despite the fact that the leader of the current rating DxOMark boasts 128 points. The assessment puts Samsung's clamshell on a par with the Apple iPhone XS Max, released in 2018. The one has a score of 106 points.
Of the minuses in taking photographs, experts sometimes noted a low level of detail in the pictures, slow autofocus and various artifacts.
Recall that in Russia, the Galaxy Z Flip is offered at a price of 119,990 rubles.
