The entry of Apple briefing on the prevention of leaks into the open access

The network got the internal briefing of Apple, dedicated to the fight against leaks of classified information, the publication of the Outline. The event lasted about an hour.


The briefing, titled “Stop the leaks: privacy in the Apple” was held in the beginning of the month, and was attended by about one hundred Apple employees. It was conducted by the Director of the Apple global security, David rice, Director of the international investigation of Whether Friedman and security specialist Jenny Hubbert.

During the event, were shown short excerpts of speeches from Tim cook in which he talks about the importance of new products.

This is the first event Apple, dedicated to the “prevention of the dissemination of information among competitors, suppliers of counterfeit goods and of the press.”

At the presentation it was announced that currently, the majority of leaks occur from the offices of Apple in California, although previously the primary source of leaked information was factories outside the United States.

Over the past year, Apple has been able to successfully reduce the number of thefts from supply chains and partners. The number of leaks from the Corporation increased. For this reason, Apple’s Vice President Greg Joswiak urged employees with no one to share secret information about Apple products, including their relatives.
