Developer Steven Trenton-Smith with the help of the program modifications included in the new Apple TV set-top box function “picture in picture”. Technology developer demonstrated on a video on YouTube.

Trenton-Smith believes that with the exit of one of the following updates function “picture in picture” will appear on the Apple TV. On his experience he was convinced that this is a very practical solution for tvOS.
