The demand for iPhone components X falls

But it needs to increase in the first quarter of 2018, reports Digitimes.

Sources in the supply chain told Digitimes that orders for their iPhone X dropped in November and are likely to decrease in December. Component manufacturers are concerned that Apple may reduce the shipments of iPhone X until the first quarter of 2018.

At the same time, Digitimes reports that demand for the components in the first quarter of 2018 should increase. It will be close to that which was observed when running iPhone X in the fall of 2017.

Earlier analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reported that production of the iPhone X will increase by 35-45%. The production of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus will be reduced by 50-60%.
