Desktop app Cloud Mail.Ru” now allows you to take screenshots and edit them. Screenshots are automatically uploaded to the online storage where you can share them via the Internet. Client of the cloud service available on platforms OS X and Windows.
To take a screenshot of the entire screen, a selected area or active window, click the right mouse button on the icon of the application “Cloud Mail.Ru” on the menu bar (or system tray, when it comes to Windows) and select the appropriate item. This action also can assign your own shortcuts or use the default settings. Screenshots can be saved in the cloud and in the memory of a computer, edit and add notes, share them and publish in social networks.
“We aim to expand the power of the Cloud Mail.Ru that it was possible to find the maximum number of tools necessary for working with files. Now our users don’t have to spend extra time or to install special software to take screenshots. With the new feature, you can create and share with the addressee by reference from the Cloud just a couple of clicks,” — said Alexey Sergeev, Deputy Vice President Mail.Ru Group for strategic products.
Screenshoter allows not only to quickly create screenshots and edit them, add comments, make notes, highlight important, to blur out personal information.
After clicking finish, the link to the screenshot is automatically saved in the clipboard. A screenshot can also be saved on the computer hard disk, copied to the clipboard for pasting into a document or email, post to social networks — Vkontakte, Facebook, Twitter etc.
Screenshoter is already available in apps for Windows and Mac. To use the feature, you must install or upgrade to the latest version of the client “Clouds Mail.Ru”.
