Today, the service Creator Pavel Durov announced the first major update bot platform. Platform Bot 2.0 allows you to interact with the bots using pre-prepared answers instead of typing commands.
According to VC, the messenger Durov had the opportunity to answer the questions of the bot with ready-made answers, which you can click directly in the chat window. To do this, users must use a custom keyboard created by a bot, or write the command yourself.
The user can also cause the bot right while texting with the other person. For example, you can start a message with “@music” (thus will be called a relevant boat) to ask him a query and send one of the proposed tracks.
Similarly works bot @youtube, through which you can search for YouTube videos. The user can log in to your YouTube profile via Telegram.
Bots are also able to use the user’s location and, for example, suggest places that you can visit. Thus working bot @foursquare.
The developers of Telegram published a full description of Bot API 2.0 for developers. The company calls the platform update is the largest change since its launch in June of 2015.
