Successful sales of the iPhone 6s has forced Samsung to shift the timing of the announcement Galaxy S7

According to insiders, the new flagship of the Samsung Galaxy S7 will be introduced in January 2016. Presenting Galaxy S7 in the first month of the year, the South Korean brand hopes to better compete with the iPhone 6s.

In recent years, Samsung has showed the flagship Android smartphones in the framework of the exhibition Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, which takes place in late February — early March. Up-to-date model, Galaxy S6, was announced March 1. Along with it was shown a curved variant of the smartphone, Galaxy S6 edge, a screen which is “rounded” on the edges. The first will be equipped with Exynos processor and modem on one chip (SoC), the second processor and the modem will be disconnected. The smartphone interface will be implemented a function similar to the 3D Touch, but there were also the USB connector.
