Snapchat has released an update of the mobile client, allowing for $0.99 to review three recent self-destructing messages. To use the function only once in relation to a specific record — to play back the same material several times will not work.
A few years ago, as noted by the Vc service developers already added the ability to replay content (not more than one message per day).
“We’ve offered a replay two years ago, to allow users to relive the wonderful moments or be glad for the friends, said the company in a blog post. — We may watch again one material per day, but then realized that replay is something of a compliment, so I decided not to stop at just one.”
The replay deleted messages was the first attempt of earnings on Snapchat app purchase. Previously, the service is monetized only through contracts with media companies in March 2015 advertising revenue messenger reached $100 000 a day.
The application also added the function Lenses filter for photos that allow real-time to distort the image of the person to make the user is older or to add to a picture animation. The function works on the basis of purchased technology startup Snapchat Looksery, which developed for the transformation of images.
