Seagate announced its largest mobile drive — Backup Plus 5TB. At the heart of the drive is a new internal hard drive the Seagate BarraCuda line is based on 2.5-inch platters with capacity of 1 TB, which the company introduced in October of this year.
Seagate Backup Plus with a record capacity was the first device on the basis of 5-terabyte hard drive Barracuda. It is compatible with Mac and PC and comes with the Seagate Dashboard to backup data from desktop computers and mobile devices, and store content from social networks.
