The savings Bank has decided to acquire its own virtual operator and is currently in talks about its creation with Tele2 and MTS. According to “Izvestia”, the decision was made after unsuccessful negotiations on the purchase of the operator Yota.
According to sources, the proposal of the savings Bank is that the Bank has clients that are awarded funds through the cashback service (cash refund if the purchase was paid with the card) in the amount of from 0.5 to 3% of the cost paid for goods or services. Funds from cashback user will be able to get a free mobile connection with a specific package for a month, for example 500 MB of the Internet traffic, 100 minutes of talk time and 50 SMS. If the package will be spent within a month, the service payment will be fixed: for each minute will incur a fee. The emergence of free mobile operator will have to stimulate savings Bank customers to use cards and Internet banking.
