Saurik has updated Cydia design ahead of the release of the jailbreak for iOS 9.2

If you opened Cydia this morning, did you notice a change in the design of the application, you are not alone. Ahead of the release of the jailbreak for iOS 9.2, and 9.2.1 main repository tweaks store has received an updated interface.

Significant changes have occurred in the design of the BigBoss, who oversees Jay Freeman, more known as Saurik. The section with the tweaks became more descriptive and informative: sections describing software development, the list of changes and statuses now occupy the entire width of the page. Screenshots are also presented in a more convenient format, and for more information about applications and their authors.

In October of this year, Apple has blocked the jailbreak iOS 9, releasing the iOS update 9.1. Thus, iOS 9.0.2 — at the moment the latest version of firmware that is compatible with the jailbreak. Unfortunately, the company has stopped signing the software, so to restore to previous iOS versions is not possible.

On installing Cydia on iOS 9.2 independently from each other a minimum of two teams of hackers Pangu and TaiG. First, as previously reported, has made progress in preparing the jailbreak. Tool for hacking the new version of iOS due out in the near future.

Previously, TaiG has released a tool to jailbreak iOS 8 – 8.4, and Pangu breaking iOS 7.0.6 – 7.1.2, iOS 8.0 – 8.0.2 and iOS 9 – 9.0.2.
