Samsung wants to divert attention from the iPhone 8 the August release of Galaxy Note 8

Samsung has made no secret of the upcoming debut of the high-end smartphone Galaxy Note 8, intended to compete with the main flagship of the year. First, the official Twitter account appeared a render of the upcoming device, and now the President of mobile division of the company Gao Dongzhen officially announced that “killer” iPhone 8 will be presented in August.

According to a top Manager, presentation of the Galaxy Note 8 will take place towards the end of the month, which, again, confirms earlier information about the announcement, which is scheduled for August 23 this year. Dongjin added that initially the machine will debut in the markets of USA, UK and South Korea (in September), and in October it will be available in other countries.

According to the South Korean, the Galaxy Note 8 will receive a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 2K-resolution and aspect ratio of 18.5:9, 6 GB of RAM and battery capacity of 3300 mAh. Under the “hood” will be Snapdragon or Exynos 835 8895 depending on the sales region, dual camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels and optical image stabilization.

The gadget will have an “infinite” display, with even more narrow bezels than the Galaxy S8. The exterior of the apparatus coincides with CAD drawings, verbal descriptions and other leaks regarding the Galaxy Note 8.
