MWС 2017 will take place without the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S8. Sunday before the opening of MWC, Samsung held a press event. It was the latest that the manufacturer has prepared for the exhibition. In particular, it was shown Galaxy Tab S3 with a stylus S Pen and two models of Galaxy series Book on Windows 10. Flagship Galaxy S8 among the novelties was not.
At the presentation, Samsung showed a 30-second teaser for the Galaxy S8. In the video, the company has named the date of the annual conference Unpacked. The main competitor of iPhone in the video did not show.
According to preliminary data, Samsung Galaxy S8 will be released in two versions, one with a 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch displays with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. As the hardware basics will be the Snapdragon or Exynos 835, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB of internal memory, battery 3000 or 3500 mAh, 12-megapixel main camera, and USB connector.
Galaxy S8 will show officially on March 29 and the beginning of sales is expected much later – on April 21.
