But the leadership of Samsung has plans to rescue the situation. To avoid refusal of users from their smartphones, the company offered customers a new program return and exchange explosive Galaxy Note 7. In particular, the buyers promised in 2017, the new device from the Note line, the closure of which had previously reported sources in Samsung.
Thus, Samsung has decided not to close the original series of smartphones, despite the damage to the reputation of the brand. At least, such conclusion can be drawn from official statements of the company.
The offer is valid for owners of Galaxy Note 7, already replaced or will change the device on smart phone Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. In the message, Samsung said that in 2017, users will be able to replace their phones on a Galaxy Note 8 in the framework of Galaxy Upgrade. Informed sources in the Samsung reported that the company is discussing a waiver of Note brand, as its reputation has suffered significant damage due to the incident with the fire Galaxy Note 7.
