A series of leaks about the new smartphone Samsung Galaxy Pro C7 predictably ended with the presentation apparatus. The company officially presented the model with a 5.7-inch display and metal body.
At first glance, the novelty may seem like a superficial update of Galaxy C7, but there are smartphone and quite significant advantages. The device is based on the Snapdragon chip 626 with 8 core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and a graphics accelerator Adreno 506. The plantation installed a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, 4 GB of RAM and two 16-megapixel camera with aperture f/1.9 on the front and back panels.
Among the features of this model, the manufacturer calls the technology support the always-on display “Always On Display”. This is the second Galaxy after the C9 Pro camera Galaxy family C that supports this feature.
Galaxy C7 Pro is enclosed in a metal case, has plastic inserts for the antennas with a new design and a biometric module. The smartphone supports payment service, Samsung Pay. On the lower side there are 3.5 mm audio Jack and USB port C. Dimensions of new items are 156,5 x 77.2 x 7 mm and weight 172 g.
The phablet is running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is offered in versions with 32 or 64 GB of flash memory and support for memory cards microSD up to 256 GB on one of the two slots for SIM-cards. For autonomy meets the battery capacity of 3300 mAh.
Samsung has not yet given the cost of Galaxy C7 Pro. According to preliminary data, the new phablet will be sold with a price tag of 2 799 yuan or about 24 100.
