Samsung is in the project Valley is developing a flexible smartphone. A new patent application, published Friday by the Bureau of patents and trademarks USA, describes the design of such devices. Apple and Samsung are in patent war in many countries of the world. The lawsuit has been going on for a year. Last year, Apple accused Samsung of “systematically copying its products” and demanded compensation in the amount of $2 billion the Court ordered Samsung to pay about $1 billion for infringement of five patents.
Experts say that Apple may introduce this patent to the material litigation with Samsung. Will the company use this form as a further argument against its competitor, is still unknown.
