Samsung Galaxy S8 can get a dual camera with a resolution of 12 and 13 megapixels

Samsung Galaxy S8 will get a dual camera module, which until recently was attributed to the main features of the iPhone 7. Reported by Phonearena citing informed sources.

According to the publication, flagship, the Galaxy S8 will be released in the spring of 2017. The main camera of the smartphone will receive a 12-megapixel sensor of its own production Samsung, and additional 13-megapixel sensor Sony. This system will allow the machine to use the various depth of field and improve the quality of shooting in low light conditions.

The new South Korean smartphone with dual camera will have to compete with the iPhone 7 Plus, which is also not yet officially announced, but according to rumors, will be the first Apple device with two modules of the main chamber.

Improvement will not bypass and front camera Galaxy S8 — module resolution will increase to 8 megapixels. In addition, the smartphone can obtain advanced scanner iris, which was first used in the Galaxy Note 7.

Earlier it was reported that Samsung is not going to remain aloof from the increasingly popular virtual reality. And Galaxy S8 will boast a display with a resolution of 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels). And to ensure sufficient battery life smartphone with such a panel, install it in Samsung device more powerful than its predecessor, battery.

It is known that the Galaxy S8 will be built on a hardware platform Snapdragon 830 performed for 10-nm process FinFET. And this process will have a positive effect on the performance of the chipset, and its power consumption.
