Samsung on par with Apple’s level of customer satisfaction of mobile devices, reports research firm J. D. Power and Associates. In the ranking of satisfaction of smartphone users, the American brand only 1 point ahead of South Korea, said in a statement.
According to the results of a survey conducted among 7994 US residents from October to December 2016, iPhone owners most satisfied with the work of gadgets from all of the owners of smartphones from various brands. J. D. Power and Associates conducts a study of the satisfaction levels of smartphone owners more than five years and Apple is the leader for all these years.
Apple users gave a rating of 840 points, which allowed the company to take first place in the ranking. iPhone was on top for the main for many buyers the options – performance and ease of use. Samsung smartphones are in the lead according to other factors, in particular, the price and time of Autonomous work. In second place in the ranking is Samsung, which scored 839 points. Motorola is third with 824 points, in fourth place HTC (817 points).
The degree of satisfaction with the smartphone in the survey were determined by five key factors: performance (25%), ease of use (21%), battery (20%), design (19%) and function (16%).
