Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and “Bakulin motors Group” will show in action the first Russian unmanned bus “MatrЕshka”. “MatrЕshka” ride participants on the University campus on Russky island.
“MatrЕshka” is a fully Autonomous transport, developed by SKOLKOVO residents. It is a platform that can be converted for the carriage of passengers, and for open and closed freight. Roomy is a maximum of 12 people.
The cooperation agreement confirms that the parties are ready to engage in the development of a technological cluster in Russky island, the report says.
“In the far Eastern Federal University it is planned the creation of new laboratories, of unmanned vehicles and systems for their testing on public roads. The preliminary stages of the approvals from all relevant authorities have already been passed,” – said in a statement.
