According to the source, in accordance with the provisional decision taken during the meeting, each Russian citizen will be allowed to have a maximum of 10 mobile phone numbers for all operators, which may be created a single system for monitoring the number of SIM-cards at individuals.
This initiative was organized by the Association of Russian banks, aimed in the form of restraint possible withdrawal scams from the accounts of mobile operators. According to the Association, for two summer months in a similar way with the cards of customers of large banks have been withdrawn several hundred million rubles.
The Ministry of communications said that the Russians are entitled to have as many SIM cards as you wish.
