Roundme: travel around the world through 360-degree panoramas

Various virtual reality systems is increasingly part of our lives. Service called Roundme lets you instantly find yourself in the most remote corners of the planet. A network of spherical panoramas, plus a professional platform – here and please advanced virtual tours at your service.

Where would you like to go? Paris? London? Tokyo? App for iOS allows you to meet different interesting places through 360-degree panoramas, also using the technology, which the developers call “portals”.

Roundme not only shows some interesting places of our planet, but also allows you to “explore” them, notes Prophotos. In addition to the “portals” Roundme uses an interactive “hot spots”, the content of which tells more about the place where you are.

Having studied locations, which offer editors, as well as the most popular and recently uploaded, you can create your own virtual space. App for iOS provides the ability to capture the world around you and share these pictures with others virtual travellers.

Some companies have already started to use Roundme as a way to arrange for potential buyers virtual tours in hotels, restaurants, clubs and sports facilities. Imagine how convenient it was to “walk” around the hotel before you book it in the room or in the restaurant meals, before choosing them in the menu.

To meet the service Roundme is possible by downloading the free app, or directly in the browser on a desktop computer. Roundme is also compatible with devices such as Google Cardboard, ZEISS VR ONE for an even more authentic immersion into the world of virtual reality.
