“Roskoshestvo” has developed standard requirements for mobile applications, including the methods of their testing and recommendations to developers. About this “Vedomosti” reports with reference to the official document.
As explained by the representative of the “Rockafella” Marta Maria Galicheva, in Russia there are state standards for operating systems, but not for mobile applications. On this basis, the Agency operating certificate “quality Mark”, developed for them a high standard of quality has already been approved by the project technical Committee, with the Rosstandart and challenge to the status of provisional national standards (PNST). According to Galicias, in three years this standard will be able to obtain the status of GOST.
According to the newspaper, the standard includes more than 100 functional requirements, performance, application security and collection of personal data. In particular, Roskoshestvo insists that the user should have the ability to control the collection of personal information and access to it. In addition, the application should warn the user about the consequences of his actions if they are “serious and irreversible”.
“Rascacielo” – a national system for monitoring, comparative testing and confirmation of quality of goods and services established by the decree of the RF government of 30 April 2015. The purpose of Roskoshestvo is to increase consumer awareness and inform the public about the quality of goods in the domestic market, as well as the promotion of Russian goods of high quality to domestic and foreign markets.
Now developed “Rascacielos” the standards are not mandatory for developers, but in the “savings Bank” has promised that will focus on these standards.
