Under the so-called law on bloggers, adopted in August 2014, the services included in a list of ORI, must store data on messaging and content, and to transfer them to the FSB in case of need.

If the service from the registry refuses, he will face a lock on the territory of Russia. At the moment in the registry of Roscomnadzor already 80 organizers of information distribution, including the popular service for Dating Badoo, e-mail clients Mail.Ru Group and “Yandex” the social network “Vkontakte” and Dating site Mamba.
