The amount of internal memory in the new iPhone will be increased, some models will receive a high-definition display. This was stated by insider John Prosser (Jon Prosser) in a video on the YouTube channel Front Page Tech.
Apple will abandon the version with 64 gigabytes of internal memory – this format has been used in the iPhone of the last three generations. Prosser believes that a 64 gigabyte drive does not satisfy all the user's needs. According to the disclosed information about the characteristics of the devices, iPhone 12 models with screens of 5.4 and 6.1 inches will be available in versions with 128 and 256 gigabytes of internal memory.

The top models of the line – iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max – will come out with 6.1 and 6.7-inch screens, respectively, and will also receive 128 gigabytes in the starting version. Versions with 256 and 512 gigabytes of internal memory will also be available. In total, there will be four smartphones in the lineup that will receive an OLED display, an A14 chip, support for fifth-generation networks.
John Prosser also confirmed that the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max models will receive a ProMotion-enabled screen. In this case, the refresh rate on the display will increase from 60 to 120 hertz. This technology has already been applied in the iPad Pro.
At the end of April, Prosser said that the most affordable flagship smartphone – the iPhone 12 – would cost from $ 649. A model with a 6.1-inch screen will cost $ 749, the iPhone 12 Pro can be purchased for $ 999. iPhone 12 Pro Max, which will be the top-end device in the line, will be priced at $ 1,099.
