Pokemon Go in Russian: in Russia launched a service of “catching” apartments with a smartphone

Russia has launched a mobile service that allows you to find all the available apartments in a specific building, just pointing at his smartphone screen. Functionality created using augmented reality technology, which has received wide popularity thanks to the games.

A service that helps you find residential real estate with the help of the screen of the phone was launched in the mobile app N1.RU for iOS. Once installed, the user can “catch” the apartment to any interested in his building, just pointing at his iPhone screen. The app will show the address and characteristics of the house such as the material and number of storeys, all for sale or rent properties and their prices.

The service finds and reads the next houses in radius of 100 meters, the search is conducted on the cottage, ready apartments, rooms and buildings. If the building doesn’t sell, the app will still determine its characteristics and reported that ads for the moment. The functionality is available in all cities where presented site N1.RU. As the developers of Google app in Russia do not yet exist.

“The new service will be useful primarily to professionals of the market, but sure to arouse interest among ordinary users”, – told the head a press-services of the portal N1.RU Lydia Ratnikova.
