Pavel Durov decided to make the stickers for iMessage

On Tuesday, Apple launched the store iMessage App Store which offers games, applications, and stickers for messenger. Among the variety of content in the users directory found paid stickers from the Creator of the messenger Telegram Pavel Durov.

Telegram distributes nine sets of stickers with animals, each of them is worth for 149 rubles. The representative of Pavel Durov said that the company sells in the App Store, iMessage only stickers created by artists of the company.

“In cooperation with the Telegram artists were created many thousands of stickers, some of which will be available to users iMessage ($1 or $2 for a set). Revenues from sales of stickers in iMessage will be used for the payment of additional premiums Telegram artists and the creation of new sets. In Telegram all the same stickers available to users free of charge,” the VC leads to the representative of the messenger.

Now, Telegram does not provide paid services within the service and lead the other public commercial activities. Selling stickers in iMessage the App Store has become the first known case where the messenger was to receive the income from their activities.

Also stickers for iMessage sell “Rain” (with images of the leading TV channel) and “2×2” (with heroes of the cartoon “Suspicious owl”). Their kits are distributed free of charge.
