The range of the online Apple store has replenished with a new docking station for charging the smart watch, the Apple Watch, equipped with a magnetic mount. Magnetic Charging Dock is an official product of the company created by engineers and designers Apple. Some journalists have already managed to get the device, I considered that with this product Apple moved away from the canons of the original concept design.
Magnetic Charging Dock is made in the form of a disc of white. The Central part of the device responsible for the process of wireless power transmission may be located in both horizontal and vertical position. In the second case, the Apple Watch automatically switches to night mode, and can be used as an alarm clock.
Due to the tilting of the inner disc 90 degrees to the “smart” watch can “wear” on it, and just put them on the stand when operating the docking station in the standard mode.
I must say that not all users were satisfied with Magnetic Charging Dock, some saw device “peplowski”.
“For me, the dock looks like an Apple product. Of course, the gadget has an interesting design and he in any case does not look cheap. But I would like options in other colors, I would prefer a black or dark gray version of the color of hours,” says the new Home Esposito.
“Ultimately, it’s another quality (and expensive) accessory from Apple. But I’m not sure if it was worth their money. If you are one of those people who buys everything from Apple, then your choice is obvious. But I strongly recommend to look at other docking stations on the market,” he concludes.
Supplied with Magnetic Charging Dock includes a docking station that can be used with any modification of the Apple Watch as a size 38 mm and 42 mm – and Lightning-cable length 2 m for connecting the accessory to the USB port of adapter or laptop.
“Docking station for charging the Apple Watch with a magnetic mount” costs 79 dollars. In Russia, Apple is offering the accessory for the price of 6490 rubles.
