Social network “Vkontakte” in the near future will change the design of the web version. On one of the images on the service page in Snapster noticed a new kind of popular social networks.
On the promo page Snapster in the section “Synchronization “Vkontakte”” MacBook pictured with a profile of the social network in a new design. Of the differences page with photos from the current version, it should be noted the absence of such sections, as “Games”, “My profile”, “Groups” and “Settings”. Perhaps they will be moved to another part of the page. Other sections, as well as search bar and the logo of the website remained in place. While some existing sections are renamed: “Photos” instead of “My Pictures”, Audio recording is “My music”, etc.
The updated user profile is divided into three unequal block – Avatar, Friends and Interesting pages. The top panel of the website is quite laconic – it logo, profile icon, search bar, notification icons and music.
The representative of “Vkontakte” Giorgi Lubushkin told that the illustration shows one of the possible options for the future design of the social network. “This design was submitted in the summer of 2015. The new design is planned for 2016”, — he said. Lubushkin added that the decision “intends to move in this way.”
Recall the last time a major design change of “Vkontakte” was held in 2010, which caused a wave of negativity from users. In July 2014 the social network has announced a contest for the best redesign option, but which option would be adopted, had not been reported.
