Music high resolution: Nativ Vita player 11.6-inch touchscreen display supports Apple Music

How many can cost music player? Well, good, very good? How about 100 000 rubles for a “naked” player? Not going to buy, but to know that asking for so much money, I wonder.

The company Nativ has created a “music system high resolution”, which is based on the player under the name Vita with the 11.6-inch touch screen. The manufacturer claims that the new product provides “easy access to all the music of the world”. In particular, the player supports streaming Music service Apple, and Spotify, Tidal and other, and also can play music tracks stored on the smartphone, in computer memory or network storage.

The media player has its own memory — one or two SSD or hard disk drive total volume up to 4 TB. Among other features of the device include a built-in microphone and voice control. The manufacturer notes the use in the design of the Vita aluminum alloy, wood and glass.

Equipment Vita includes HDMI, USB, SPDIF, AES/EBU, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth (aptX). The playback stream can be routed to the sound system or headphones, the TV, the AV receiver or DAC via wired or wireless connection.

Together with Vita presents an external digital-to-analog Converter with integrated headphone amplifier Wave. The developer notes that Nativ Wave supports formats like DSD, DXD and Meridian MQA. It uses the DAC chip Burr-Brown DSD1792A that support 24-bit data and sample rates up to 192 kHz.

The Vita cost about $1600, and Wave — is for $1900. Funds to start mass production of a pair Nativ collected on the site Indiegogo. Participants in the fundraiser can get any of the components for $699. Deliveries to the first customers will start in October 2016.
