One Reddit user said that he began to receive notifications from Android device on Windows 10, in the notification center. He added that, most likely, it was because he participates in the program Windows Insider program and testing Cortana for Android.
Another user said that he managed to get a sync notification, although it is not a party to either of the other programs. But for this he had to download the APK file for Android Cortana.
