Media: Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ will receive 6 GB of RAM

According to informed sources, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be offered in two models. The basic version will get 4 GB of RAM paired with 64 GB of flash memory, while more expensive version will be equipped with 6 GB of RAM and built-in storage capacity of 64 GB. This proves a recent photograph of the rear panel of the Galaxy S8, next to the name shows the number “6”. From the pictures, it also follows that the new Samsung phones are made in Vietnam.

According to preliminary information, in Europe and North America at the start will be available only in the base model Galaxy S8 with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory. And version with 6 GB of RAM will be focused primarily on the Chinese market, where the Samsung Galaxy S8 will compete with the flagships of local brands. Also this model will be available in South Korea.

If the modification of the Samsung Galaxy S8 with 6 GB of RAM will be in demand, the company can release it on other markets, but it will happen only a few months after the official launch.
