Media declassified permanent residence of Pavel Durov

The Creator of Telegram messenger and founder of the social network of “Vkontakte” Pavel Durov moved to permanent residence in Finland. On Thursday said the “Izvestia” with reference to data specified in the financial statements of his company Telegram Messenger LLP.
